تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام موقع وتطبيق Auto Station والخدمات المرتبطة به.
طبيعة المنصة
Auto Station منصة تقنية تساعد العملاء على طلب خدمات المركبات والتواصل مع مقدمي الخدمة ومقارنة العروض ومتابعة الطلبات، بما يشمل الورش والسطحة وقطع الغيار والخدمات المرتبطة بها.
الحساب
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة والمحافظة على أمان الوصول إلى الحساب وعدم إساءة استخدام التحقق أو الصلاحيات.
العروض والموافقات
تتم الموافقات والأسعار والمدد من خلال التدفقات المعروضة داخل التطبيق. عندما تشمل أعمال الإصلاح قطع غيار، يختار العميل عرض المورد ويوافق على التكلفة النهائية وفق ما يظهر له.
مقدمو الخدمة
مقدمو الخدمة أطراف تشغيلية مستقلة عن Auto Station ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة، وتظل مسؤولية تنفيذ الخدمة الفعلية وجودتها وسلامتها عليهم ضمن ما يقرره النظام.
الموقع والصور والمراسلة
قد تستخدم خدمات معينة موقع المركبة وصور المشكلة والمراسلة داخل التطبيق لتنفيذ الطلب. يمنع استخدام هذه الأدوات لمحتوى غير مشروع أو مسيء أو منتهك للحقوق.
الأسعار والضرائب والإلغاء
تظهر الأسعار والضرائب والرسوم المعروفة في التطبيق بحسب العرض. قد تختلف شروط الإلغاء أو الاسترداد بحسب نوع الخدمة ومرحلتها مع مراعاة الحقوق النظامية الواجبة التطبيق.
الاستخدام المحظور
- الاحتيال أو انتحال الهوية.
- الوصول غير المصرح به إلى البيانات أو الأنظمة.
- إرسال محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار.
- تعطيل المنصة أو اختبار أمنها بدون تصريح.
توفر الخدمة
نسعى لتوفير خدمة موثوقة، لكن قد تحدث صيانة أو أعطال أو انقطاعات في الاتصالات أو الخرائط أو الإشعارات أو البنية السحابية.
المسؤولية
تطبق المسؤولية وفق الأنظمة المطبقة وطبيعة العلاقة والخدمة، ولا يحد أي نص هنا من حق أو مسؤولية لا يسمح النظام باستبعاده أو تقييده.

Platform role
Auto Station is a technology platform helping customers request vehicle services, communicate with providers, compare offers and follow service progress, including workshops, towing and spare parts.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect account access and not misuse authentication or authorization.
Offers and approvals
Prices, durations and approvals follow the flows shown in the app. Where repairs include parts sourcing, the customer selects the supplier offer and approves the final amount shown.
Service providers
Providers operate independently from Auto Station unless expressly stated otherwise, and remain responsible for actual service performance, quality and safety to the extent provided by law.
Location, photos and messaging
Certain services may use vehicle location, problem photos and in-app messaging to perform the requested service. These tools may not be used for unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing content.
Prices, taxes and cancellation
Known prices, taxes and fees are shown in the app according to the offer. Cancellation or refund terms may vary by service and stage, subject to mandatory rights.
Prohibited use
- Fraud or impersonation.
- Unauthorized access to data or systems.
- Unlawful or harmful content.
- Disruption or unauthorized security testing.
Availability
We aim for reliable availability, but maintenance or interruptions may occur in telecommunications, maps, notifications or cloud infrastructure.
Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law and the relevant relationship and service. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
